The Gasparilla Suite is one of the most unique suites that we offer on Useppa. It is crafted from the same mold as the Sunset I room and centers around a mirrored king size bed in the magnificent fireplace room. High above the romantic hideaway looms an eighteen-foot wood-beamed cathedral ceiling. This suite is spacious, luxurious and uniquely decorated with oriental accents and offers a quaint loveseat, small refrigerator and a coffeemaker.

Grandmother’s Suite is a second story suite with a king size bed in the bedroom and a separate living room area. This cozy suite is in a historic structure and offers a serene sunset view over the marina. This suite is located just a few steps from the pink path, the beach, Joseffa Store and the Tarpon Bar.

Located in the Gasparilla cottage directly on the Pink Promenade, the Sunset I room looks to the West, as the name suggests, providing vistas of tropical sunsets and magnificent cloud formations over the bay. It is decorated with turn-of-the-century style, comes with a king size bed, refrigerator, coffee maker, pine floors and beautiful French doors.
