We also can convert the twin bedroom into a king and can sleep two additional people with the two available futons. Located within Rendezvous Cottages on Useppa, 204B is the 1600 square foot two story cottage that boasts 2 bedrooms with ensuite baths, full sized laundry, living room with fireplace, and dining space for six. The fully appointed chefs’ kitchen with a five-burner gas stove will allow you to prepare glorious meals for your family and friends. Enjoy spectacular sunrises while savoring your morning cup of coffee from the 2nd floor screened porch, overlooking direct waterfront on the eastern shore of Useppa. TVs are in the living room and all bedrooms with free Wi-Fi access.

204B is part of the boutique Rendezvous Cottages compound on Useppa Island. The Rendezvous Cottages compound is located on a secluded section of the eastern shores of the island overlooking hundreds of feet of direct waterfront, including a private beach. Outside your door is the 3,000 square foot Rendezvous Deck, which is shared with all guests at Rendezvous Cottages. The deck has seating and dining accommodations for over 20 and has access to a gas fired grill for your outdoor dining pleasure.

205A is a waterfront one bedroom, one bath hotel style suite on the first floor of the guest house at Rendezvous Cottages. Located on the eastern shore of Useppa this suite was completely remodeled in 2022. The private waterfront view from your bedroom is breathtaking. In addition to the one-bedroom suite, this cottage has a huge private screened in porch which includes a mini outdoor kitchen equipped with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator. A large screen TV is in the bedroom along with free Wi-Fi. The views are amazing.
