The Useppa Island Club has been established as a private club and offers seclusion and the amenities of one of the world's truly unique islands. Our Club membership enjoys a relaxed environment as we are committed to maintaining and providing a quiet island ambiance with first class facilities and personalized service.

Useppa Island Club has a limited number of available memberships. With your permanent member number, you will share a piece of history and be able to live as guests did in the Collier Era before you, inviting friends and family to enjoy the full amenities of your private club.

Resident Property Owner Membership:

Resident membership has its privileges. The Resident Members of Useppa have full access to every amenity on the island. This unique status can only be held by the property owners on the island. When you receive your permanent member number you can be assured that you and your family will be able to enjoy full membership benefits for as long as you own property.

This is the only membership category that offers rights of survivorship. Further, if you sell your home at some time in the future, you will be entitled to convert to a Preferred Family Membership and maintain your member status.

Preferred Membership:

A Preferred Membership offers a unique opportunity for you to enjoy the lifestyle available to a very special few. With your membership you will acquire a piece of history and provide a lifetime of enjoyment for your family.

Membership in Useppa Island Club is limited and a waiting list will be established when applications exceed availability. You and your family will have access to all of the amenities of the island and will be able to live like Collier before you, inviting friends and family to enjoy the full amenities of one of America's most famous island addresses.







Corporate Membership:

The Useppa Island Club Corporate Membership is designed to provide three or more executive associates of an organization with Club Membership Privileges. Corporate meeting space, bi-annual business seminars as well as an annual account summary are included in Corporate Member privileges.

With this membership, a Principal Corporate Member is designated and serves as the Club's contact for all financial matters and communications relating to the membership. Designated Corporate Members and their families will enjoy all of Useppa Island Club's Membership privileges.







Collier Dining Membership:

Useppa Island has a tradition of welcoming guests from nearby islands for outstanding dining at the Collier Inn. Given the private island environment and the exclusive requirements of maintaining privacy for the members of the Useppa Island Club, a special "dining only membership" has been developed for individuals who own property on Sanibel, Captiva, North Captiva, Cayo Costa, Gasparilla, Little Gasparilla, Cabbage Key and Palm Island.

The Collier Dining Membership will allow a limited number of members and their guests to dine at the Collier Inn. Access will be allowed to the island for the express purpose of dining at the Inn. Members of this exclusive dining club will also receive invitations to special club dining and social functions throughout the year. This particular membership does not include access to Club amenities beyond dining and no transportation is provided.

We offer a variety of memberships to cater to our member's needs. Club members and their guests enjoy full access to the island and its facilities and will receive invitations to all Club functions.

• The Collier Inn has been beautifully restored and features a superb restaurant and cocktail lounge as well as the Courtyard casual dining room. The Inn's outdoor dining terrace overlooking Pine Island Sound is a favorite spot for meeting new friends and offers a splendid view of the swimming pool and the sparkling waters of Pine Island Sound.


• Tennis Courts, sun decks, international quality croquet lawn, fitness center, library, swimming pool, The Tarpon Bar and even our unique outdoor chess set is available for members' enjoyment.


• Useppa's famous "Pink Promenade" is your pathway around the island; passing by quaint cottages and stunning homes. The pathway abounds with archways of massive banyan trees, a wide variety of flowers and exotic foliage.


• Members have dedicated the Useppa Island Historical Society Museum to preserve 10,000 years of important archeological history on this extraordinary island.


• Club activities are frequent, with parties, special events, seasonal traditions, special interest clubs (tennis, croquet, fishing) and much more. Members also enjoy special privileges in using club facilities for hosting private business, family or guest functions.


• Members have full charge account privileges, discounts on dockage and accommodations as well as the ability to refer their personal guests for visits and stays on the island and at the Collier Inn and Cottages.
