Useppa Island is a gateway to a hidden oasis. Located on Southwest coast of Florida, the island encompasses unlimited scenic areas to fish and explore. Members can explore the area by drifting down Pine Island Sound on a kayaking adventure or enjoying an afternoon of sailing with family and friends. However you choose to explore the island, you will be sure to discover something unique.
Useppa Island has emerged as the world’s premier base for those seeking a luxury retreat while angling for the famous “Silver King.” Immediately adjacent to Useppa Island, you will find some of the world’s finest tarpon, snook, and redfish angling, which is easily accessible by boat and yacht or fishing kayaks which we have for rent at Joseffa’s store. Fishing charters are also available for those who would prefer to go offshore in the Gulf of Mexico for grouper, kingfish and snapper. Whether you prefer light tackle or fly fishing, we work with some of the most knowledgeable fishermen in Florida.
Check out our Fishing Calendar to learn more about the fishing seasons and licensing information.
