The Collier Inn Restaurant offers four-star service and products with an atmosphere which promotes a comfortable setting and relaxed conversation. Our specialty is pairing our food with the environment. Fresh seafood, game and greens are regular features on our menus. The Collier Inn has two indoor dining rooms. The Tarpon Bar
Every boater loves a marina bar. They are a destination to seek following a morning of hard fishing, relaxed cruising or meditating shelling. Located just steps from our Useppa Marina docks, the Tarpon Bar offers cold A/C, beers, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages amid historic yachting and fishing regalia and taxidermy. Admire your marina-moored boat from the covered outdoor patio or watch The Big Game on one of our big-screen TV’s while recharging your batteries before you head back out on the water.
